As part of our Audiovisual Residency volunteer program, the talented ladies behind VCD Videos Creados con Dibujos came to work with the students at the local school, I.E. Lobitos. Lobitos is a small fishing town where local livelihoods are increasingly threatened by offshore oil drilling and unsustainable fishing methods. With VCD, students explored their community identity through their own drawings brought to "life" through stop motion animation!
