Take a trip under the sea along the shores of Cabo Blanco, a Peruvian fishing village nestled between cliffs and waves that once hosted Hollywood’s A-list celebrities such as Marilyn Monroe, John Wayne, Humphrey Bogart, Joe di Maggio, and even a writer, Ernest Hemingway, who sought the thrill of fishing for marlins and tuna. But times have changed, and now it's the students' turn to express their community's story through their own drawings. The animation explores the challenges faced by marine life along Cabo Blanco's coast. During Festival Somos Mar in 2021, Younger students investigated the challenges and express this knowledge through their imaginations. Thanks to our epic partners TAFA - Taller Ambulante de Formación Audiovisual, for bringing this story to life!
